Large piecesWhen the pieces are bigger than your apartment door or the staircase, or there is no elevator, or the floor is high.
Balcony or windowWe choose the most suitable opening once we know the size and the height, and it is best to send a photo of the facade.
Parking spotThe crane needs a suitable spot in front of the building. Tell us about any obstacles such as wires, trees or a narrow street.
SafetyWe wrap the pieces and record their condition before lifting, then lower them carefully to the truck.

Important tips: lifting cranes

A photo of the facadeSend a photo of the building from outside and the location of the balcony or window so we can decide whether the crane can be used and the right height.
Where the crane parksThe crane needs space in front of the building, so make sure the spot is free of parked cars, and tell us about any wires or trees.
Piece dimensionsTell us the dimensions of large pieces such as the sofa, the wardrobe and the bed so we know whether they fit out through the balcony or window.
Street permitSome places need the approval of the doorman or the management for the crane to park, so ask in advance so the appointment is not delayed.
