Furniture Moving in the New Administrative Capital: How to Plan a Long-Distance Move to Compounds and Towers

The New Administrative Capital is a new city east of Cairo and relatively far from most neighbourhoods, so a move there needs planning of the whole trip from loading to assembly.

Loading a large wrapped piece of furniture into the moving truck

Plan the whole trip

Because of the long distance we agree the loading time with you so that the furniture arrives and is assembled on the same day as far as possible. We prefer early morning to avoid traffic on the main roads.

Compounds and towers

Most housing there is in compounds and towers, and some have special procedures for moving trucks to enter. Ask the management about the permit and the permitted times, and tell us about them. The conditions differ from one compound to another.

Wardrobes and large pieces

Wardrobes and large bedrooms we dismantle before taking them down the stairs and assemble them at the new place, which is safer for the piece and for the building. See the dismantling and assembly guide.

Where do we move from?

We move to and from the New Administrative Capital, from Cairo, Giza and the rest of the governorates. The area's details are on the furniture moving in the New Administrative Capital page.

Before the date
